Terms of service

These terms govern your use of CriticalInstinct (the "Service"), operated by CriticalCareDVM. By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to sign in. Accounts are personal. Sharing your account, or redistributing cases, explanations, or proceedings, isn't permitted.

Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

Individual plans include one free trial per person. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, charges aren't refundable.

Group licenses

The purchaser of a group license may assign seats to members of their program or organization by email and may reassign seats. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring members agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy in bulk, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service, and don't use it to build a competing product or to train machine learning models.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these terms, and will notify subscribers of material changes by email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, CriticalCareDVM isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
